Meet your Photog!
Howdy!
My name is Ayla (like "Kayla", minus the "K", lol)
I am a Texas-based photog that loves Capturing the Passion between lovers, especially when they're surrounded by family & friends in celebration! My education from Mays Business School (Whoop! '16) keeps me organized, diligent, and punctual; whereas the workshops that I attend annually continue to hone my creative edge. I aim to guide you through comfortable experiences that allow me to creatively capture genuine memories!
My "Why":
I was raised in a small Texas town, Marquez, [Pop. 204] by my two loving parents. Mom ran her accounting firm from an office (now, my studio) right there on our home's acreage, and Dad maintained the grounds and machinery. All three of us gathered at the dinner table every evening, and each sporting event, rodeo, vacation, and celebration that we attended was a "full family" function. I watched my parents create our own little slice of heaven there in Marquez, and that gave me so much admiration for lovers who choose to stick it out for a lifetime.
My mother passed in 2015, and that leaves Dad & I to grab old photo albums often. The memories that come alive while flipping pages can quite literally pull us from the darkest hour. Although I understand that my profession means sometimes only being truly appreciated after a moment has passed, the idea that those captured frames will invoke sincere emotion keeps me snapping the shutter. And yes, I want alllllllll the funky/real/steamy loving to show ;)

Yes, I am available as a mentor if you have questions about photography or providing professional wedding services!
I also operate as an associate photographer if you are a current wedding professional needing a second shooter!
