Dreamy Texas bridal portraits
My crazy-horse-girl heart is skipping beats right now!!!
This is my stunning friend Amanda Kile, and she's been supporting my photog endeavors since before I ever made a business card. I can't even tell y'all how much I appreciate having her in front of my lens every chance I get, and this time was even more special than most!
She and the most perfect other-half she could ever run across eloped with scenic desert views, but (lucky me) she still wanted a few shots with her special girl K. Before being sent off to the cleaners, she jumped in the gown once more, this time at out at her house, and we created art beyond what I could conceptualize.
A very special thank you to Hair Affair Salon for beauty, behind-the-scenes footage, and light holding! We could not have done this without you!
Her stunning gown was purchased from Love & Lace Texas in Navasota, and those fantastic earrings were ordered from Double M Beadworks.
A few of the difficulties we faced throughout the day included:
Aggie game day traffic making it out to Somerville, unexpected summer showers that drenched miss K and donkey and led to intense humidity, attack mosquitoes, a pony uninterested in any of the 3 noise makers I packed, and bare feet.
Apparently, nothing can stop us!!!!!
The flash we used added a tad bit of fantasy to this image, and I am obsessed! Amanda's husband, River, built this fancy bridge in front of their home, and were not passing up the opportunity to shoot with it! Those hanging lights? Yeah, he installed those too!
Thank you for reaching out! I will be reviewing your message and sending a reply asap! Have a great day!
